ARM XR User Survey

Thank you for participating in the ARM XR (RMU-2000) user survey. We appreciate your perspectives and time. Your valuable input helps Defibtech to confirm the established performance and safety of the ARM XR. It is estimated that this form should take about 5 minutes to complete. Please respond to the following questions based on your experience using the ARM XR during a single rescue (do not enter information from cumulative use of the ARM XR).

In conjunction with completion of this survey, please download the device log file and send to Defibtech for analysis using the emails listed below, per your location. Log file information allows Defibtech to review specific parameters, such as compression depth and rate, rescue start and end date/time and time device was paused. Log files are available for download using a specific software application, ARM EventView. The downloadable software and installation instructions (including minimum system requirements) are available at www.defibtech.com/acc-software.

As part of Defibtech’s on-going regulatory compliance activities, event data shared with Defibtech may be used by Defibtech to fulfill regulatory obligations. Any identifying personal data or health information received is considered confidential within Defibtech and will not be used for any other purpose.
